It’s business as usual in the warehouse this week. Normal opening hours have resumed.

Please accept our apologies. But due to illness, the warehouse will be closed intermittently over the next week or so. Mark will mostly be out & about visiting customers and doing deliveries. For those needing goods, my advice is to ring Mark on 07802253436 and he can advise when he’s about. I will also post on here every morning with my schedule. Today, Friday, I will be out all day until approximately 4pm. The warehouse will be closed on Saturday. And closed until approximately 4pm on Monday. Mark will be mostly in the warehouse on Tuesday except for some local Carlisle deliveries. So never far away. Again best advice is ring Mark to avoid arriving at a closed warehouse.

It’s that time of year again that I allow Kevin a couple of days off! So, he’s off to Kos on Wednesday. So, I’ve been left to my own devices! Consequently Warehouse opening times will be fluid. But I can mostly plan that the warehouse will be mostly open on Thursday 31st. Pretty much closed all day Friday 1st as I’ll be delivering around the county. Closed Saturday & Sunday. I do have to pop to Brampton for a couple of hours on Monday & possibly Tuesday or Wednesday. Should be around all day Thursday 7th. Normal service resumes Friday 8th. If you’re planning on coming in it would be best to ring me on 07802 253436 to avoid disappointment.

As you may be aware, I had a few days off last week to support my daughter who was dancing for England at the Dance World Cup. Update on the result! They won Silver! 2nd from 23 teams from around the world that included Hong Kong, Canada amongst others. A fantastic achievement for a Dance school from little old Carlisle.

Some of you valued customers will already be aware that for the first time in 19 years there will be no delivery service around the County on a Friday. That Friday being Friday 11th July. You may also be aware that this is because Mark is away with his daughter & her team - Carlisle Dance Academy, dancing at the Dance World Cup (though note, Mark is supporting rather than dancing) which is being held in Spain. Therefore, we are encouraging our customers to plan as best they can for no deliveries that Friday. There also contingency plans in case we’re desperately needed.

One or two of you have also expressed an interest in the dance routine. So, I attach a video of the actual routine. It’s a cracker. And another chance to show off Mark’s daughter & her team’s undoubted talent.

It’s that time of year again when I give Kevin his 4 days Annual Leave. So, the warehouse will be closed this and the following Saturday. The 24th & 31st respectively. And next week , commencing Tuesday 27th I will be working solo, manning the warehouse & making deliveries. So I will be bobbing in & out Tuesday to Thursday to do local Carlisle deliveries. But the warehouse will be closed on Friday 30th as I will be out all day delivering around the county.

Just a reminder. Kevin’s still on his hols. He got three calls in Crete today! I will be out delivering around the county. I expect to leave the warehouse at about 9.30. And don’t usually return until 4pm.
