What a lovely way to start the week! 😊

We recently received this brilliant feedback from Jessica, who completed her apprenticeship with us before joining our supply register as a Supply Teaching Assistant.

"I completed my apprenticeship through System People and the support and communication was amazing. I've recently done some supply work through them and getting back onto the register was the easiest, stress free thing ever!"

"There was a time a school didn't need me last minute and although it was a stressful situation for me, Sarah was quick to find me work elsewhere until more long term work came up and I was sorted."

"I would definitely recommend System People for any apprenticeships or supply work."

A special mention has to go to Sarah Story from our supply team, who Jessica described as "10/10" for communication. Quick, easy and reliable is exactly what supply staff need from their agency, and Sarah delivers that every single day. Nice one Sarah! 👏

Thank you Jessica for taking the time to share this. It means such a lot to the whole team, and we wish you every success in your next chapter!

If you're a teacher, TA or nursery practitioner thinking about supply work, we'd love to hear from you. Call us on 01228 530554 or email [email protected].

Happy World Teachers' Day! 🍎

Today we're saying a big thank you to every teacher who turns up, plans, marks, listens, encourages and goes the extra mile. That includes the supply teachers who step into a new classroom and make it work from the first minute!

A special thank you, too, to the mentors and tutors who support our apprentices, sharing their experience, building confidence and offering encouragement when it's needed most. You make such a difference to their learning and the people they go on to support.

Happy National Teaching Assistants’ Day!

Teaching assistants often notice the small things, like a child who’s gone quiet or a pupil who needs a task explained again. Thank you for the work you do and the support you give pupils and colleagues every day ❤️

Is there a teaching assistant you’d like to thank? Give them a mention in the comments.
