Great 4-day Train the Trainer last week at Lancaster University. All the Lectures worked extremely hard and produced excellent ways of engaging learners from a theory and practical point of view…. We have had very impressive sessions ranging from principles, back care awareness relating to Radiology, safe movement principles applied to Sonography, size and cost of musculoskeletal disorders in Nursing, risks of musculoskeletal disorders in Midwifery, safe object manual handling practices for everyday tasks and University Technicians and TILEO risk assessment regarding a Paramedic role. All these presentations are very relevant and going to be used back in the workplace with Students during their ongoing learning and development. Well, done everyone for your hard work, professional engagement and innovative manual handling practice and ways to engage the learners’ senses…. I will also add a few video’s
