Great 4-day Train the Trainer course this week. All the participants worked extremely hard and produced excellent ways of engaging learners from a theory and practical point of view…. We have had some very impressive sessions ranging from principles, TILEO, anatomy, environmental hazards, assessment criterion for transfers, wheelchair checks and hazards. All these presentations are very relevant and going to be used back in the workplace with colleagues, informal carers & clients during their ongoing learning and development. Well, done everyone for your hard work, professional engagement and innovative manual handling practice and ways to engage the learners’ senses….
