So I priced 2 stair jobs recently and now I need the materials in a couple of weeks.
I have emailed them saying can I pick them up tomorrow because I’m too busy next week to go get them.
Got the invoice through and everything is now way more expensive!!
Oak newels, handrails and oak mdf all up.
Suppose I better go check my glass prices and report back to the customers.
Can’t believe they didn’t even contact me when I’m a good customer!
Even all the standard oak parts I need, all up 😲😲😲
Blaming it on the war and fuel prices.
Gas and electricity and haulage.
It’s unreal and a price will only last for a week at this rate. 😤😤😤

Removed all the really dark wood doors and the island worktop for a nice butcher block solid oak and oiled it with osmo.
All the doors were just random sizes so they were all made bespoke for the customer. Sometimes it’s all you need to do is a reface to brighten it all up.
I can order lots of different designs and colours for kitchen or wardrobes from this company. Any enquiries welcome.
The kitchen needed lights on all the time so I was asked in for some advise on what the customer could do to brighten it up.
She was delighted when it was finished. No more cold arms sitting at the island. 😜

Just a nice set of wardrobes completed for a customer.
White internals and double hanging with a tower and 4 really deep drawers.
Anthracite doors with Grey mirror.
Looks great and the customer is delighted. 👌🏼

Just completed this kitchen for a lovely couple in Carluke. Pleasure to work for. Thank you.

This is the Clerkenwell Sanstone gloss Handles’s door. And a 25mm Getalit worktop and back board sourced else where. Vinyl click flooring also from Howden. I tend to stick to only fitting Howden kitchens because I know the product and device is very good.
Customer kept all original appliances and they were reinstalled.
