I had an afternoon out celebrating with my friend of 56 years, Mark's 60th wasn't to be missed, and your's truly with a couple of weeks beard growth, and not having enough time to trim because of a flat battery on my trimmer 😁, and decided that I was not going to work on this Saturday.
And next Saturday will be no different, as we'll be celebrating the life of Lynn Williams ( TARW ) at the age of 83 had lost his battle against cancer.

My brother had sent me this picture earlier today of my stock having had mice 🐁 gnaw through two bags of rodenticide.
As the room is farely secure, alternative messures must now be taken to prevent mice ingress into where the bags are stored.
As I was only there a week ago, and found no sign of activity.
It is inevitable that the mice have expired, but there will now be a more secure storage area in the future.

Vespula Vulgaris, Wasp, Yellow Jacket.

Great for some gardens, but can often be a problem, and as we are about to head into the autumn period, the wasp becomes progressively aggressive.

Even treating several nests in our protective suit, does not always protect us from getting tagged by angry wasps.
The queen wasp would have already died, but not before safely placing fertilised larvae into a crack or void not to away over the winter period.

Just remember that wasps away from human activity are not a threat, it's only when we get a little too close, they will react aggressively this time of year.

1st routine visit after treating a major brown rat 🐀 infestation, with zero activity 🙏

This morning, we head over to Lampeter to treat a brown rat infestation🐀🐀🐀, and after a successful treatment, we will then be carrying out six visits per year.
Improvised Pest Prevention contracts will prevent further disruption and financial loss to this business in the future.
