✨ A catch up on recent Member Presentations ✨

Food for thought… quite literally!

Lucy Howe Guthealth's, of HealthyBody HealthyMind, presentation was 'fabulous' and it really got us thinking about the foods we eat, the toxins we’re exposed to and the impact they can have on our bodies and overall wellbeing.

Lucy is a gut health expert specialising in Gut Microbiome Balancing and DNA Lifestyle Testing, alongside natural vegan skincare with Tropic.

Lucy shared her three step approach to better gut health:

🌿 REST - Remove toxins and reduce inflammation

🌱 REBUILD - Support gut, heart and energy

✨ REGULATE - Glowing skin, confidence and vitality.

Looking after ourselves starts with understanding what we put into and onto our bodies and making small, informed changes can be a positive step towards feeling our best.

A big thank you to Lucy for sharing her knowledge and giving us plenty of food for thought! 💚

Would you like to meet Lucy and the rest of our BNI B4C Carmarthen members?

Come and visit us at the Ivy Bush Royal Hotel every Tuesday morning. We meet for coffee at 9am, with the meeting starting at 9.30am.

⭐ Member Presentation ⭐
A brilliant presentation yesterday from Daniel Barnard, of Airedale Finance. Daniel gave us a great insight into how he helps businesses secure funding and finance their future. His approach is simple: reliability, honesty and hard work.

Through some brilliant case studies, he demonstrated that whether a business is big or small, facing a straightforward opportunity or a more complex challenge, he’s there to support them throughout the whole journey.

🔥 What a night! 🔥

Our BNI members from Carmarthen had a brilliant evening last night at Pasture Perfect ‘Feast & Fire’ event - and WOW, what a night it was!

We got to sample some absolutely amazing fire cooked beef, piled high and served alongside delicious local salads and potatoes. And then came the perfect finish… Gelato 44’s forest berry sorbet! 🍧

But it wasn’t just about the food, it was lovely to step away from our usual BNI meetings and socialise with our fellow members in such a relaxed, welcoming and perfectly chilled atmosphere. 🥰

Great food, great people and plenty of laughs - the perfect combination!

A huge thank you to the team at Pasture Perfect for such a fantastic evening. ❤️
