Dear Brian

As a professional in helping business have a secure foundation, I want to ensure that my branding, videos, and content are of the highest standard.

I required a new section to be added to an existing video, providing more detailed information. I understood this to be a complex task, as it required you to unpick the existing content and then to add the new section seamlessly. This required you to visit my office, to film me in my working environment and then integrate the new content efficiently.
I found our interactions to be very professional. You clearly explained the process, keeping me informed of the changes, and you kept to the agreed timescales and budget. You a very nice, warm-hearted person who is only too happy to help.
