Just a little in filler job that needed doing,on these ex council houses the sloped ceilings are always cold and as no insulation in them but the loft has,so you get cold spots and can lead to black mouldy bits,good way to fix is insulated plasterboard on the underside and plaster back in,no more cold spots 👍

Another floor sorted out,old joists were built into wall,outside ground level was higher so joists werent the best ,and wong size for the span,and no air flow,so we removed them,dug the floor out and put new telescopic vents in,now 7 inch air gap underneath all vented,over site concrete to seal the floor underneath,new 6x2 c24 joists put in and ready for 100mm kingspan inbertween as no insultion before,be 100 times better 👌👌

Another project were on with up at slackhead,beetham,full renovation,steel beam in to make 2 bedrooms have more usable space,full re roof with solar panels to go in,alot more steels to go in yet throughout the house to give open plan kitchen/living area with a seperate dining room,big extension to put on the front side that gives you the all the views to farleton knott,warton and beyond and the estuary towards morecambe,and will be a thin coat silocone render finish to the outside,new windows and doors through out,new facias and soffets,house has been surrounded by trees for many years so was no light getting in,will be a massive difference once all finished,

So we silocone rendered the house and made use of a unused area with a composite decking,nice seating area in a sun trap ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️
