1 side of the house fixed in arnside,the dashing had seen its day,all blown and cracked,water had been getting in and into the lintols over the years causing them to crack,reinforced bars in them were all rotten,wasnt in a good way,we had to replace the lintols and put new dpc over,stainless steel mesh was fixed all over the bad places,all window heads had to be sorted and replaced with trims and the old ones were battened off and all rotten,and new stainless drip beads over,,just need to silocone up,waterproof scratch coat and a finished in a 6mm wet dash mix to match exsisting extension,onto the next side once this sides painted,thanks to Robbie Bolton for a hand on this,was alot of prep work,but worth it in the end,
