Second part of this job done,all finished now,onto the next,so,alot of prep work involved in this one from replacing corroded lintols,and window sills,to meshing the walls with stainless steel mesh ,and window heads were rotten with old battens used and mesh which just dropped apart,all exsisting windows and doors re foamed around,new plastic window heads under lintols and new drip beads over and all siloconed in,(smooth render always pops at some point on them),and finished in a 6mm wet dash mix to match exsisting,cheers Robbie Bolton for a lift with this,onto the next 💪

1 side of the house fixed in arnside,the dashing had seen its day,all blown and cracked,water had been getting in and into the lintols over the years causing them to crack,reinforced bars in them were all rotten,wasnt in a good way,we had to replace the lintols and put new dpc over,stainless steel mesh was fixed all over the bad places,all window heads had to be sorted and replaced with trims and the old ones were battened off and all rotten,and new stainless drip beads over,,just need to silocone up,waterproof scratch coat and a finished in a 6mm wet dash mix to match exsisting extension,onto the next side once this sides painted,thanks to Robbie Bolton for a hand on this,was alot of prep work,but worth it in the end,

Kitchen going in on a job in beetham,the difference in this house is brilliant compared to what it was,small dark rooms,we have taken the walls out right through the house to make it open plan,with a back to back kitchen and utility area,thanks to Mattie Wright and lads for fitting kitchen,next step is the floor,lvt right through,wait for them pics 😉😉
