As well as investing in new developments, we’re committed to maintaining and improving our existing properties.

Last week, we replaced the worn-out metal gutters with new PVC guttering, helping to keep the property weatherproof this winter and in great condition for many more years to come. 🏢🔧

Flashback Friday, Back to School Edition!

As the summer holidays begin to wind down and it’s back to school for many, we couldn’t resist digging out this absolute gem from the archives. Our CEO, Kelli McRoberts, ready for school and looking very pleased with herself! 😄🎒

The uniform, the knee high socks, the shoes, a proper school day throwback!

September doesn’t just mean the return of the school run, though. It also marks the return of events, meetings and a much busier calendar after the summer break. 📅

And if you’re anything like us, school holidays have a habit of sneaking up just when the diary starts filling up again! So, as everyone gets back into their routines, we have shared some of the key school holiday dates to help with planning ahead.

(Note these may vary per school)
Half Term Halloween - Monday 26th October 2026 to Friday 30th October (inclusive) 🎃
Christmas - Monday 21st December 2026 to Friday 1st January 2027 (inclusive) ☃

Here’s to a busy autumn, full diaries and lots of great events ahead! 🙌
