My children’s school have said to wear something red, white and blue for their jubilee event next week… so I made this! 🇬🇧

Liv will be wearing the tiara and I’ll match her with the hair clip and brooch. Love this!!! ❤️

This was one of my most challenging jobs to date!

I was asked to make an orchid brooch using the colours of a Sapphire Galaxy Orchid for my sons amazing Scout Leader. I honestly never realised how orchids come in so many shapes, sizes and colour combinations. It was really tricky to create an orchid shape that worked with the colours but after many, many failed attempts the piece came together beautifully. The buds look stunning too and the little white flowers really set off the orchids.

It is always an absolute pleasure to create a piece for a client which has personal meaning and I hope that I achieved this for Raven.

I have been incredibly lucky to enjoy both a Mothers Day and Birthday in the same week, which has meant that my house currently looks like a country garden and the aroma is just beautiful!

My family know me well…lily’s and roses are my absolute favourite. At this time of year though I also love seeing the daffodils, tulips and hyacinths.

What is your favourite flower? I’d genuinely love to know.

It was such a challenge to make Tammy a replica of her wedding bouquet which contained thistles, white roses and lavender.

My first thought when she asked me was ‘no way am I gong tobe able to make a spikey thistle out of wire using just a pair of pliers!’ However, the thistle was extremely satisfying and Tammy was really happy with the end result.

I was so honoured to be asked to create a brooch for a lovely lady that could be worn to her fathers funeral. I was asked to base this predominantly on daffodils, because of his Welsh heritage, and to incorporate small white flowers and a heart.

Knowing how important this piece would be to this lady, I really tried to make sure that the daffodils especially were just perfect…so I made 3 that she could choose from. I also made a matching pin brooch for her father, keeping the 2 pieces connected forever.

She has since asked me to make a further matching pin brooch for another family member in remembrance of their dear Father too. It has been an absolute privilege.

My thoughts will be with this lady and her family today.
