Looking after holiday lets is about more than just cleaning.

This morning started with a trip to Irvings Bakery in Castle Douglas to pick up some treats for our clients’ welcome baskets before today’s changeovers. 🍪

It’s one of the little extras we can help with to make sure guests arrive to a warm welcome and holiday let owners have one less thing to think about.

And if you’ve never been to Irving’s before, you need to! Even if it’s just to stand outside and enjoy the smell of freshly baked goodies coming from the bakery. 😍

I thought I’d share a little bit about how Dynamic Domestic started.

13 years ago, I injured my arm while working as a chef and needed to find another way to earn a living.

Back then I was doing a bit of everything from private dining, shoot lunches, housekeeping to cleaning. Over time, cleaning became the part I enjoyed most and the business grew from there.

Fast forward 13 years and I’m lucky enough to have a fantastic team around me and some wonderful clients who continue to support us.

We currently have some Tuesday availability for domestic cleaning in Castle Douglas.

🧼 WE’RE HIRING 🧼

We’re on the lookout for someone to join our cleaning team here in Castle Douglas.

The role is 12 hours a week over two days and involves cleaning homes, offices and holiday lets in and around the local area.

You don’t need years of experience, but you do need to be someone who notices the little details, takes pride in doing a good job and can work independently. A full driving licence is essential and while cleaning experience is preferred, we’re happy to provide training for the right person.

We’re a friendly team, we pay the Living Wage and there’s an immediate start available.
