Temis This is the official page for TEMIS Systems Ltd. Temis deliver outsourced Telecom Expense Our products - https://www.temis.co.uk/services/

We work with large organisations to manage and reduce their telecommunications costs. Since 1995 we have been a UK leader in telecommunication expense management. We work with our Customers on a long term basis to fine tune their bills, manage costs effectively and make recommendations when they negotiate new contracts with suppliers. Using our unique online system we provide detailed reporting fo

r one, several or all of their departments so that they can monitor and control costs. The software system we have developed enables us to take our Customers’ bills and examine every detail of them, checking that the contracted rates are correctly applied and often identifying savings. We have managed over £1 billion of telecommunication expenditure for our Customers and achieved savings for them in excess of £100 million. A key part of our service is developing and implementing reporting software for specific issues – these have included monitoring the frequency of customer service calls, measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and analysing data to reduce line rental costs. Our Customers include both the largest UK energy utility company and roadside breakdown organisation.

Corporate IT and telecom expenses are a black hole for many companies—hidden overcharges, inefficient recharges, and unused services silently draining budgets.

At Temis, we specialize in cutting through the noise to identify savings and streamline cost allocations. Just last year, we:

✅ Recovered £215k in overcharges from supplier billing errors
✅ Eliminated £365k in unnecessary spend by disconnecting unused services
✅ Processed reports for over £49m in telecom and tech costs for a major energy firm
✅ Identified and assigned over £1.4m in previously unknown telecom and tech costs to the correct service owners
✅ Automated internal finance operations, reducing manual workload & improving transparency

The result? £691k in recovered value—all without changing suppliers.

💡 Curious how much you could be saving? We’re offering a no-risk, free pilot where we analyse a small subset of your costs to uncover hidden savings—no commitment, just insights.
If your organization struggles with cost transparency, intercompany chargebacks, or telecom/IT cost control, let’s chat. You might be sitting on savings you don’t even know exist.
