Enjoying this view. Our vineyard is situated against the mountains overlooking the Similkameen River. The Similkameen Valley is known for its persistent wind, which has a moderating affect during the heat of the summer. This regular wind prevents pests and disease threat on the vineyards in this wine region. This place is magic. Come see for yourself. 🍷

How to impress your weekend company: supply good wine.
The 2016 Syrah is drinking on point now. It has complexity, developed fruit flavors, silky tannins, and a long chocolate finish.

Our property in South Cawston is very rocky. Vineyard Manger Kevin Rossion comments on how much fun it is to plant vines on such a rocky site :)

Though it may have been challenging to plant, these conditions allow for great drainage and heat retention which aid in creating ripe, highly concentrated berries.

What's in your glass this weekend?

Pictured here is our 2019 Meritage which is a blend of the red Bordeaux grape varieties. This wine is packed with dark fruit flavours, cedar, sage brush, and mineral notes. Well-balanced, great structure, and ripe silky tannins.
