Let’s get together in real life 🤩

I’m running a step by step workshop to walk you through creating reels without tearing your hair out or spending all day editing videos.

I’m going to walk you through the science behind Reels and why you should be using them in your business but we’re not just going to learn the theory.

In this workshop you will learn:
✨How to create a reel using your own B roll footage.
✨How to create a reel using Instagrams own templates
✨How to add text,voiceovers and transitions.
✨How to create a reel in Canva using static images.

Bring your phones and I will walk you through it step by step. And we’ll stuff our face with pastries.

I’ve done lots of programmes and courses over the years, had several business coaches and been a member of countless groups.

I was looking for advice, to learn, support and most importantly answers.

But I didn’t fit in (as per usual.)

And I didn’t get answers most of the time.

Because so much advice doesn’t work for my brain. It’s too cookie cutter one size fits all.

There’s more than one way of doing things. And it’s definitely ok to find a way that works with your brain not against it.

I’m really excited to be collaborating with Projects They’re my kind of people with great ethics and an inclusive attitude so when I was looking to bring back some in person events they felt like the perfect fit.

Join me on 18th March for ‘Work With Your Brain.’

Work with your brain is an event dedicated to exploring how different brains work and how we can foster more inclusive, effective workplaces. Featuring neurodivergent speakers, the event bridges the gap between neurotypical and neurodivergent perspectives, promoting understanding, collaboration, and innovation.

This is for everyone who wants to learn more about neurodiversity and a safe space to ask questions. So excited to get offline and connect in person.

The absence of difficulty, gradual steps forward. A quieter way of doing your thing without the hustle and overwhelm.

It’s annoying if you carefully curate your grid (but there’s so many reasons why I encourage you not to obsess about the visuals.)

What’s the purpose of being on Instagram(or any social media) for you?

To create connections?
To tell your story?
To get new eyes on your business?
To get people to buy what you’re selling.?

How are we feeling about getting back to work?
Are you happy to get back to a routine or do you have that back to school feeling of doom?

I’m planning to ease into the week but I’m already booking in strategy sessions for those of you that want to have a plan to start the year with. It’s gars thinking clearly when your brain is still 80% cheese and your body wants to hibernate.

Did you know I have a membership?
It's a space I've created for creative and Neurodivergent women. which I'm really proud of. In my experience many creative women have similar brains and ways of working as Neurodivergent people and I love working with both of them. It's one of my favourite parts of my business, we've created a lovely group, small but perfectly formed. I don't want a huge faceless group, I'm capping it at 15 members.

So what do we do in my membership?

We meet once a week online for body doubling, which is like online co working. It's been proven to work brilliantly to get stuff done, there's accountability and a focused time. I've been amazed at the results my members are having.
I run a group strategy session once a month on a topic to help you grow your business and helpo you with brain friendly social media training.
Membership costs £25 per month and there's currently no tie in.
