I had a fantastic morning visiting local businesses in Chandlers Ford and Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate, I met some wonderful people and was surprised at the variety of businesses there were! Also amazing for my step count too! For those that I met, thank you for being so welcoming. For those businesses I haven't yet visited.... I'll be back!

Vocational Work Experience Week - 27th June - 1st July 2022
The Easter holidays serve as a perfect opportunity for Barton Peveril College students on double vocational courses to arrange and finalise work experience placements for the Vocational Work Experience Week. All students on double vocational programmes are expected to undertake a work experience placement as part of their course: not only to aid their studies and apply what they are learning to real workplace scenarios, but to also help them to explore and prepare for their future careers whilst developing their employability skills.
The college are asking local employers if they can offer a work experience placement or a live brief/ commission for Media and Business students to work on, If you are able to help or would like to know more please contact Mo Latham, Careers & Work Experience Coordinator by email [email protected]
