Q: How does your document storage service work?
A: In 4 simple steps.
01 | Transfer - We collect your files from your office or archive facility, transporting them to our secure storage unit via our very own fully tracked fleet. We'll even pack the boxes for you if you need a helping hand.
02 | Catalogue - On arrival, your boxes are barcoded and inputted into our digital tracking system. Files can also be catalogued upon request to create a full master index.
03 | Archive - Once registered, boxes are allocated aisle locations, before being placed into storage within our 15,000sqft facility.
04 | Retrieve - Our retrievals team are on hand from 8.00am to 5.00pm (weekdays) to assist with all of your physical or digital retrieval requests. You’ll never be without your files when you need them.
