We’re really excited to announce The Kent Nirvana Group’s 2026 Conference & Celebration Day – “We Hear You” 💜

This year’s conference is all about something that sits at the heart of what we do – listening to young people.

We Hear You will bring together young people and professionals to share experiences, learn from one another and explore how safe, relational and regulated spaces can make a real difference.

We’re incredibly excited to welcome Dr Karen Triesman, award-winning Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist, trainer and author, alongside Amanda Jeffery ( was Peddle), Specialist Emotional Response Awareness Consultant, author, trainer and Polyvagal Certified Practitioner.

Expect a day of thought-provoking discussions, learning, reflection and celebration, with young people’s voices at the centre of the conversation.

A New Chapter Begins at Luxsaria Children's Home

We are delighted to announce that Luxsaria Children's Home is now officially registered with Ofsted.

This is far more than a registration certificate; it's the beginning of a new chapter. A chapter where children and young people will have access to a safe, nurturing and therapeutic home, where they can build trusting relationships, develop confidence and be supported to achieve brighter futures.

This milestone has been made possible through months of hard work, dedication and collaboration. We'd like to thank every member of our team, our partners and everyone who has supported us throughout this journey. Your belief in our vision has helped turn it into a reality.

We are also incredibly proud to congratulate Joe Bird on his appointment as Registered Manager of Luxsaria. Joe's passion for therapeutic, relationship-based care and his unwavering commitment to achieving the very best outcomes for children and young people have been central to bringing this home to life.

Alongside Joe, we are pleased to recognise Polly, who will lead the service as Responsible Individual. Her leadership, experience and commitment to delivering high-quality care have been instrumental throughout the registration process and will continue to shape the future of Luxsaria.

Together, Joe, Polly and the wider team share one clear ambition:

To create a home where every child feels safe, valued, listened to and empowered to thrive.

Great morning at the Swallows Jobs Fair in Sittingbourne.

Loads of people through the doors, some really good conversations, and plenty of interest in what we do at The Kent Nirvana Group. It was genuinely nice meeting so many people who are passionate about making a difference.
