I have been speaking with a lady this morning who had Linkline alarm from Bexley but as the device/box was just posted to her, she did not get on with it and did not know how to connect it to anything so it was returned. She required more support to have the device installed and some support to be shown how it works.

I am so very grateful to Paul, who provided my friend, who is bedbound, with the right product for her needs. We had been let down badly by her local council in providing a working lifeline service. Paul went out of his way to ensure she had a new device straight away. I am now happy that she can call for help whenever she needs to. Thankyou.

Kent Telecare Lifeline Solutions Ltd was recommended by Age Concern. It offers a more personal set-up service in the Kent area, this appealed to my Mum who would prefer to talk to someone face to face and be able to discuss concerns and ask questions rather than purchase a product via a website.

Paul Saunders attended the home and completed the set-up, and paperwork, including personal information and contact details, and took payment. He answered all our questions. The Pendant was activated immediately. It was good to meet the owner and we were given the confidence in the systems and product. We also had a point of contact should we need it.
Another Great Review November 23

Mum has a GPS SOS Pendant as she is still driving. This option gave us the assurance that, if needed, she would be helped in any location, not just at home. The Pendant has Fall Detection. Although Mum has not fallen she has dropped the Pendant and immediately the Emergency Response Team contacted her via the speaker in the Pendant to ensure she was okay. Simultaneously my sister and I received an e-mail. Had she needed immediate assistance we would have received a telephone call.

Via the Website, we can see where Mum is at any time and are able to see where she has been in the last 24 hours. The website also allows us to see when the Pendant is on charge, the unit is beside the bed so we can assume Mum has retired for the night. She wears the Pendant at all times, even in the shower as it is waterproof, and was provided a second lanyard to swap when one is wet.

This is an excellent service, it has given the family comfort that Mum will be helped if needed and we will be contacted in an emergency situation.

Recent comment from a client we have been looking after for the last 2 years it is nice to know we help in a small way.

just wanted to say that we are really very thankful for you and your teams support for Mum over the last couple of years and that not only was it critical in getting her medical attention on a couple of occasions, it also gave her the peace of mind to enjoy a couple of extra years in her own home. Without it, her situation would have been a lot more difficult.

I contacted Kent Telecare online Tuesday afternoon with a request for a Lifeline Pendant which I needed for my mum. I was so happy when I very quickly received a call from Paul a matter of less than an hour later. As I live a distance from my mum who suffers from Alzheimer’s and was due to travel home on Tuesday Paul said he would come to the house that evening installing the unit and explaining how the pendent works. The kindness shown to my mum and the level of service Paul provided was outstanding a true professional with empathy for my mum and our family truly the best service I’ve experienced in quite a while

Dawn was given a referral to visit a lady after she was targeted by a rogue trader. Visiting the lady since 2017, Dawn was able to install a CCTV camera given by Trading Standards to prevent criminals again targeting the resident. Dawn also contacted the bank (with permission from the lady) to reduce the amount of money was allowed to withdraw and for the bank to ask what the money is for and help where necessary.

Dawn and the lady started chatting, where she explained she was scared of answering the door. Dawn contacted Kent Telecare Lifeline Solutions Ltd and asked Paul if he had a device that could help, without the need for Wi-Fi or internet. Dawn also requested for a camera bell that included an intercom, so the lady could answer the door without opening it. Paul was able to find camera bell with intercom and agreed for the device to be fitted with an extra door chain.

The lady is now able to see who is at the door with the option to talk, if required. She is much happier and feels safer in her home.
