We'll be here to support and encourage you with your journey, be it a better body, better health or better performance. I understand the challenges you face in changing as I have done them myself. I personally lost 25kg (4 stone) and understand the discipline and sacrifices required to achieve such goals. Whatever you want we can help you get there :)

When starting out getting fit, try not to use weight loss as your measurement of success. Instead set SMART goals to build healthy habits; goals you can 100% control. Use them to build healthy habits and disciplined behaviour. Hitting your goals will build motivation and discipline will keep you on track when motivation wanes. The results will come in time
