This past weekend at Brands Hatch, Tinder’s sponsored rider Tyler Donovan enjoyed a phenomenal outing in the penultimate round of the BMCRC season on the TMT Racing team Kawasaki Ninja.
Racing across two championships – the MRO Retro 1000 and the fiercely competitive Thunderbike Ultra – Tyler clinched the MRO Retro 1000 championship title by storming to victory in the opening race of the weekend. With one round still to go at Donington Park, the championship is already secured.
Tyler also strengthened his position in the Thunderbike Ultra championship, extending his lead to 15 points over closest rival Daryl Dance. With four races left at Donington Park on 18–19 October, Tyler now has the chance to complete a remarkable double. One win and a string of strong podium finishes could seal him the Ultra title too – a stunning achievement given he was running mid-pack in the same series just last season.
Team Tinder, along with Tyler’s friends and family, were trackside at Brands Hatch to join TMT Racing to witness the Retro 1000 triumph. All eyes now turn to Donington for what promises to be an elbows-out finale to the Thunderbike Ultra season.
We're so proud of Tyler and what he has already achieved (with maybe more to come) and we're thrilled to be a part of the team.
