Beginning of June, we held a staff BBQ giving all employees a chance to enjoy some lunch in the sunshine as a company.
Let's hope the British weather gives us a good summer as would be great to do this again this year ☀️🍔🌭☀️ Aerotron Group

This week we had the pleasure of two students from Cromwell Community College visiting us on a week’s work experience. They had the chance to design and make a coaster to take away with them. This gave them the opportunity to experience a full range of composite manufacturing, which included:
*Design for manufacturing, including a chance to see a CAD of their coaster.
*Cut the kit, laminate, and bag, ready for the autoclaves.
*Cured in the autoclaves overnight and demould it the following morning.
*Trimmed to design in our Trim shop.
*Finished in the Mould Shop.
*Inspect the finished article against their design.

This has been an enjoyable experience for all involved and a brief taste of what we have to offer at Aerotron Composites, Chatteris.

Saturday was a 1st for us as a company, we entered a team into a mixed netball tournament!! Team building at it's very best, we laughed, danced, played some awesome netball but most importantly we had FUN 💙🤍💙🤍💙🤍💙🤍💙🤍💙🤍
We're already looking forward to our next training session.

Another great event for our staff members to participate in, held at The Jolly Archers in Huntingdon. Lots of budding archers now in the company 🎯🏹

Huge thank you to Steve & Jill Millward who ran the event and gave up their time so we could enjoy a day of Archery.

We had a great day and we're looking forward to our next event already.

Aerotron Composites has sponsored Chatteris In Bloom this year. The volunteers have made a beautiful planter on our behalf. Judging takes place tomorrow, 14th July!

Aerotron Composites Ltd in-house football match was on Thursday 18th May held by Chatteris Town Football Club and supported by the Ladies Managers Chris Goodman & Glenn Stanley and our team numbers were boosted by some of the ladies team who we have sponsored since they formed just over 2 years ago.

It was such a great atmosphere and there was surprisingly some good football on display by our staff. Who's up for it again next year?

We couldn't have done it without the support from the club so a huge thank you to Chatteris Town and the ladies who we wish every success as they venture in to a higher league after being crowned champions at the end of this season.

After yesterdays win and the confirmation of other results throughout the league, our Ladies team are guaranteed promotion to division 2, in only their second season in existence!

This coming Sunday they face a tough game away to Ely for their final game of the season, where a win will secure the 2022-2023 league title!
