I won't lie, I've been struggling with this a bit. We get so focused on life, work, etc that we don't notice what's having a negative impact.
I left a job earlier this year for this reason, and I know I'd do it again if I needed to.
Take care of yourself and always ensure you are appreciated.

What a year its been. My business has changed so much over the past 18 months / 2 years and I am unbelievably grateful for it.

I've worked on some fantastic projects, met some great people and had some harsh but rewarding learning experiences.

All I want to say, is to enjoy the good times, learn from the tough times and keep pushing on. Whatever your political, social or other views might be, have a wonderful festive season, and hopefully a few days off.

I've been fortunate enough to get a week off, it's been long overdue and I'm glad I took a few days off to recharge and unwind.

I've been exceptionally fortunate over the last year, business is doing well, but burnout is real and taking care of you is so important. Find the beauty in something and enjoy a moment of peace.

Feeling quite appreciated today. Got a Saturday morning call out to the hairdresser whose computer had locked them out. Got a shepherds pie for the trouble, and came home to a lovely card from someone I've been working with a lot this year!
