It is a 1-2 person room, ideal for an office away from home or if you just need some space for working locally instead of travelling to your main place of work. The items in the picture have been removed with only the desks remaining if required by the new tenant and the room is office 2 in the floor plan.

It's so great to have Carrie's Kitchen right next to our building, always great for a coffee, cakes or a spot of lunch. They've even got the decorations up already! Great service from Carrie and Frankie as always. If you'd like to rent an office or workspace next to this great place, just get in touch.

So we have a new tenant moving into the building this week. Only a few rooms left now. Some great space for a single office or studio space, depending on your requirements.

Lots of close by facilities and onsite parking at Peverel House Business Centre. Pop over to Carries Kitchen for a coffee or snack, the Wheatsheaf pub is next door for a nice drink after a hard days work. The station is within a 15 minute walk with direct trains to London and there is also easy access to the A12, with onsite parking at the building.
