When filming myself talk, I used to say outload "You are gonna get ripped to pieces for posting this, or talking about that".

It's only recently that I have been able to shift this mindset to one that recognises, I am not so important that people will take the time to give a Monkeys what I am saying or doing when I post on social media.

What's important is my journey and taking full ownership of my future.

will never succeed if I cower in fear over the chance that a friend or someone I used to know thinks that me posting a youtube video is "wierd".

You may not have a Spercific goal and that's OK, but if you are struggling to motivate yourself to do anything. Pursue a feeling or image that you want to see or experience, the goal will reveal itself from the hard work put in to that.

It's hard not to be guilty of this.

A lot of people work hard because they think, if they look busy they can avoid critic.

This strategy works fine if you wish to remain stagnant in what you do.

The best kind of PERSISTENCE is when you look at what you currently achieve at your current working effort and seek to find a way to achieve more with the effort you exert now.

We fail because we fail.

This is usually because we base our timelines of achievement, on others that they have posted to the world.

"I grew my income from 20k to 100k in 3 months"
"I lost 100lbs in 90 days"

If your reaction is "wow" that probably means that time line is not for you.

When you plan an achievement, think how long/much it will take. Then double it, maybe even triple it. If you achieve before the set date/amount then you are getting a better scope on where you level is.

Base your goals and timelines on you track record. Not others.

Say the almighty Instagram GURUS out there.

I don't have one, because I want to talk about something detailed.

I have just had the most relaxing and oddly inspiring holiday. I feel like the whole experience has highlighted to me what my happiness looks like. Also what I need to do to achieve it.

Everything I have achieved up to this point, is all down to my acting on what I plan. Setting expectations low with the aim to exceed.

I have a lot of scary s**t I have to take on now and I am excited to share that journey.
