In Hoc Signo is now on display in the chapel of Magdalene College, Cambridge. They look very much at home in this setting, and we are extremely grateful to the College and the Dean of Chapel for permission to exhibit them.

They are free to view until 23 March.

Absolutely fantastic time last night at Getting Triggy With It: Matt Parker Does the Maths. Anarchic, nerdy fun from start to finish. The Ipswich Corn Exchange is a superb venue.
Matt Parker is every bit as fun in person as on his YouTube channel. 5 star review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Reconnection day, part 3. They say the best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago, so we did.

James S planted these English oaks in Plymstock more than two decades ago. We're delighted to see they're still standing and are now at full height.

Better still, the local residents have planted a new bank of trees in the park in recent years. Beautiful things happen when you pass the baton.

Reconnection day, part 2. The WEST HOE PUB James S's grandfather, Norman Pengelley was the landlord briefly. The pub he ran for the longest was The Pear Tree on Devonport Road, but that sadly is no longer a pub. The bar staff were lovely, and definitely less cantankerous than Norman was said to be. Being close to the Royal Citadel, it was a popular haunt for armed forces personnel.

Reconnection day, part 1. A visit to Plympton St. Mary and Plympton St. Maurice. James W's ancestors owned an estate in the Plympton Hundred, as recorded in the Domesday Book.

For the first time, our research has featured in a national newspaper, along with hundreds of local ones.

We would like to thank The Independent for giving us a platform, and to Sam Russell at PA Media for his coverage.

The relics of St Erkenwald, the patron saint of the City of London, have been found by two independent researchers. The relics were previously thought to have been destroyed during the Reformation. They were, in fact smuggled out of London in 1549 and buried under what is now the lawn of Soulton Hal...

We are proud to have worked with the Soulton Hall estate for the last four years, uncovering the hidden stories within its architecture.

We have discovered the location of the relics of St Erkenwald, patron saint of London, and this pyramidal marker was installed to mark the spot this week, along with additional security measures.

We are now able to publish the lecture given 18 months ago which outlines the evidence for this discovery (link in the comments).

We will continue to work with Soulton to sensitively deal with the remains, and to share their story with the world.
