Requirements:�
✅ NASDU qualification (or equivalent recognised certification)�
✅ Own working dog suitable for operational deployments�
✅ Own vehicle and appropriate insurance�
✅ Good spoken and written English�
✅ SIA Licence �
✅ Reliable, professional and able to work independently�
✅ Available to work weekends and flexible hours�
✅ Must live within a reasonable distance of Chelmsford or Brentwood

🚨 Outstanding Work by Our Team the other Night 🚨

Following reports of three intruders actively smashing windows and attempting to gain entry to a building site, our CCTV monitoring team immediately identified the threat and provided live updates from our Head Office monitoring centre.

Police were dispatched and arrived on scene quickly. However, due to access limitations to the site, the suspects believed they had an opportunity to escape. As seen in the video, the three individuals exited the building and positioned themselves on a nearby mound, watching the police response unfold.

Whilst monitoring the incident live, our operators observed the suspects making their move and immediately relayed this information to our on-site security officer. Understanding the layout of the site and anticipating the suspects' route, our officer made a rapid decision to move and intercept.

Acting decisively, he pursued the suspects and successfully detained two individuals until police officers arrived and took control of the situation. Both suspects, aged 17, were subsequently arrested by police. A third suspect managed to escape the area.

The entire incident, including the criminal damage and attempted entry, was captured on our CCTV systems and has been provided as evidence.

This incident highlights the value of:✅ Live monitored CCTV✅ Rapid communication between our control room and officers✅ Experienced and proactive security personnel✅ Working in partnership with the police

A fantastic example of teamwork between our monitoring centre and frontline security staff, helping to protect our client's property and assist in bringing offenders to justice.
