Hi everyone! Would you like to know more about Generalised Anxiety Disorder? I suffered with it in my early twenties, and I can tell you this anxiety disorder is truly debilitating. Because of my experiences I’m now an integrative therapist specialising in helping people overcome anxiety disorders and I run CPD courses for anyone wanting to learn more about mental health via my training company CTRN Training. My next anxiety related workshop is on Generalised Anxiety Disorder and is running on the 11th November 3pm-5pm (London time). The workshop is recorded and uploaded to the online learning management system, so you can attend via zoom or catch up later.
