🏆 Three number-one spots on Amazon, and the book isn't even out yet. People keep asking me why a title this blunt is striking such a nerve. Here's my honest answer, drawn from more than 50,000 hours in the room with business owners.
Most founders never actually build a business. They build themselves a job. A demanding, expensive, all-consuming job, with no boss to hand it back to and nobody to cover the shift. Good revenue, a decent team, a company others admire from the outside, and underneath it all, an exhaustion they can't say out loud.
So when those same owners spot a book called Your Business Sucks, something in them exhales. Finally, someone is telling the truth about what they've actually built, and pointing at the fact that it could be so much better.
