Ontic expands portfolio with acquisition of Aero-Mach Labs, Inc. Companies.

The acquisition of the Wichita-based aerospace business and its three established brands brings additional specialist products, capabilities and customer relationships into the Ontic family.

Comprising three specialist brands, Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco and Aero-Mach TCO, this acquisition brings complementary capabilities to the Ontic portfolio. Aero-Mach Labs provides specialist aerospace manufacturing, technical services and repair and overhaul capabilities; Aero-Mach Wilco is an established distributor of aviation parts and products; and Aero-Mach TCO designs and manufactures aircraft static dischargers for piston and turbine aircraft.

Ontic CEO, JC Gallagher commented: "Aero-Mach is a great fit for Ontic. It has an excellent reputation, specialist capabilities and strong relationships with customers across the aviation industry. Our Twin Commander Aircraft LLC business brought the fleet together last week for the 2026 Twin Assembly, welcoming owners, operators and service centers to connect in person, discuss the latest updates, and share insights from across the fleet.

This year’s Assembly was hosted by Twin Commander service center, Aero Air, in Hillsboro, Oregon. Surrounded by aircraft and fellow Twin Commander enthusiasts, it made for a fitting setting to celebrate this unique community.

Alistair Fallon, Value Stream Director for our Twin Commander and Metro Merlin businesses, said: “It was a pleasure to bring the fleet together this year for The Twin Assembly. Having the chance to see the Twin community in person is always so valuable, and the conference meant we were able to have some great conversations, hear the fleet’s feedback and share our collective love of these iconic aircraft.

“Thank you to everyone who attended, and to Aero Air for being wonderful hosts.”

🎉 Celebrating 10 years of growth at Ontic Cleeve! 🎉

A decade ago, our Cleeve site was home to around 90 people. Today, we're proud to have a team of nearly 400, including specialists who are recognized as global experts in their fields.

These two photos capture just how much the team has expanded from 2016 to today – a powerful reminder of how far we've come and how our ability to support customers has grown.

Throughout the past 10 years, we’ve continued to invest in our people and our capabilities at Cleeve; adding state-of-the-art ISO 5 and ISO 7 clean rooms, full HASS test suites, and expanding the range of products we manufacture so we can better serve the global aerospace market.

Today, Cleeve delivers more than 2,000 parts every month to over 200 customers all around the world – and that grows every day.

This milestone is a testament to the dedication, expertise, and passion of everyone who has been part of the Cleeve journey. Thank you to our incredible team, past and present, for making the last decade such a success.
