We are looking for a Bookkeeper/Administrator for an immediate start

Skills/experience
• Bookkeeping, Credit Control/Administration experience in a company of a small size (for at least 3 years)
• Experience in preparing VAT returns and management accounts
• Confident in using excel/outlook/sage and payroll manager
• Good IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Confidence to work independently
• Excellent written, oral, presentation and communication skills
The role will include:
• Accounts preparation for management accounts
• Bookkeeping & VAT return preparation
• Monthly reconciliation of every bank account
• Maintenance of the petty cash
• Payroll processing and managing of the company pension
• Administration tasks will be both routine and ad hoc to include electronic and general filing, preparing reports for engineer maintenance rounds and organising diary accordingly and answering the telephone. (Training will be given on our personalised system)

In addition to bookkeeping experience, the successful applicant will have sound interpersonal and customer service skills, organisational abilities personally and for the rest of the team, timelines, attention to detail, thoroughness, confidentiality and multitasking, also, strong administration skills. A working knowledge of SAGE, payroll manager and a clear understanding of business processes and excellent Microsoft skills.

We are recruiting for a Maintenance/Installations Engineer.

The ideal candidate must possess high standards of workmanship to install and maintain (commercial and domestic properties) the following systems:

Intruder Alarm
Fire Alarm
CCTV
Intercoms/Access Control
Emergency Lighting

Skills

**Team player and/or able to work on own initiative as workload requires
**Experience in Intruder Alarm/CCTV/Fire Alarm Industry including installation of cables and equipment
**Must possess product and parts knowledge (including intruder alarm signalling)
**Attention to detail and pride in work carried out
**Good verbal and written communication skills with customers and members of staff
Clean driving licence essential

Hours of work:

Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week (also to participate in paid “on call” rota with other engineers)

Key Responsibilities:

**Carry out installations and commissioning of work as appropriate to NSI Gold Standard
**Attend routine preventative maintenance visits as required (local and out of Gloucestershire)
**Investigate customer faults as requested and correct these where appropriate, to the relevant standard and complete worksheets
**Ability to carry equipment up and down ladders i.e. cameras, ensuring conformance to health and safety requirements

Mobile phone, uniform and company van (including fuel card) provided
Tools supplied where necessary
Pension Scheme offered
21 days holiday plus bank holidays
