The London Plan has set a target that all homes built within major developments (10 or more dwellings) from 2016 should be zero carbon, that is, have zero net carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.

Calling all landlords!

Another key date for ‘MEES’ (Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards) is fast approaching: 1st April 2018.

From this date, it will be unlawful to grant new leases of residential or commercial property with an EPC rating below an 'E'.

Fines for non-compliance can be hefty - up to £5,000 for domestic and £150,000 for non-domestic buildings.

What do you think of 21st Century prefabricated housing?

2 day house delivery. Preparation for delivery started at 8am. Delivery and location took 6 hours. Internal decoration was completed later and the next day.
