A Day in the Life of a Health and Social Care Training Facilitator for ACI
The alarm clock rings as the morning starts bright,
A facilitator at ACI is ready for flight.
With laptops and workbooks all packed for the day,
They set off to help others learn the right way.
From care homes to services, near and afar,
Supporting great practice is where their skills are.
Teaching safeguarding, first aid and more,
Helping staff build confidence, knowledge and rapport.
With stories and scenarios, discussions that flow,
They encourage reflection and help learners grow.
Questions are welcomed, experiences shared,
Creating an environment where everyone feels prepared.
By lunchtime they're marking attendance with care,
Ensuring compliance and records are there.
Then back to the session, with energy and cheer,
Bringing complex subjects alive and clear.
As the day draws to a close and certificates are signed,
The impact of learning remains in each mind.
For safer care tomorrow, their efforts play a part,
Combining expertise, compassion and heart.
So here's to ACI facilitators, dedicated and true,
Supporting the workforce in all that they do.
Improving lives through learning, each lesson they deliver,
Making a difference every day, now and forever.
