Some fantastic green coffee turned up at the roastery today…
This Rwanda - Nziza Womens Coop from is a sweet, full bodied cup and we can’t wait for you to try!

The Kivu Lake Washing Station employs the ladies from the Nziza Womens Collective, who do all the processing and drying of the coffee. First Crop Coffee work directly with Land of a Thousand Hills and their coffee farming villages to provide a living wage, education, heathcare and clean water, whilst investing in the cract of specialty coffee!

Our China is fast becoming one of our fave espressos! 🙌🏻
A clean, juicy, washed coffee. With good acidity, medium body and caramel sweetness. Great for spro and filter!
Most of our roast are considered to be light to medium, but this Yunnan coffee is darker as we found that this enhanced the body and sweetness that you sometimes lose in darker roast.
Can’t wait for you to try a bag!

It was a morning brew with a view for us this weekend! 🤩
We were staying at the stunning so we took our to make sure we got our coffee fix. ☕️ ☀️
Timor Leste was tasting goood! 👌🏻
•
Aeropress recipe (inverted is our preferred method)
- Place Aeropress in inverted position. You can push plunger to middle of the 4
- Add 15g of medium/fine ground coffee
- Fill to top with slightly cooled boiled water
- Stir and let steep for 1 min
- Stir again
- Place your filter in the filter basket, rinse with the pre boiled water and then screw in place
- Place your mug on top, holding both flip them over to the right way up. So mug on the table with Aeropress on top (this can be tricky)
- Plunge slowly taking about 30 seconds
- Enjoy!
