This truck has so many uses and we’ve had so many adventures, it’s just nice to do things at home sometimes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿. And what another lovely, funny, great weekend at the horse trials. Balancing ladders from the back of a pick up to retrieve a ratchet strap (thrown up there to make a walk way through the trees) is either skill, problem solving or just mental 🤣😂🤣😂 Michelle, Benjamin & Thomas, you survived 😂🤣😂🤣😂🏇🥂☀️🕶️ ###xx

When we’re not in the truck we do this instead 😂 Thought some of our overlanding followers may be interested and try this yourself. This was 22/23 Kalahari, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Zambezi, Namibia. Off again soon to Swaziland, Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Namibia. Van Zyls Pass again 😧 but doing this at Christmas. This is probably the 24th/25th trip to Africa. Previous trips included Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Zanzibar, South Africa, Lesotho and any other square inch of Africa you can think of that we’ve not mentioned 😂😂😂 half of the trips in our Landrover Defender 110 and now a Toyota Land Cruiser. In total all the trips add up to about 3years in Africa x

Next episode 👀😎 had some great stops, unbelievable. Almeria on the beach and La Barraquille Restaurant is amazing (third time there). Tabernas Desert to recap on the cowboy films of our youth 🤠. Great little find was Belmez Da La Moraleda, drove up the 308 and the 401 (breathtaking scenery) beautiful village and said to be haunted 👻. AND, Alcaraz was the prettiest park up, gorgeous village and an amazing Church. 💕☀️🫒🍇 Spain 🇪🇸 just beautiful 🤩

Arrived in Spain, first stop Haro. Wine tasting at Ramon Bilbao then CVNE. As usual met lots of lovely people who give lots of advice and recommendations. 🍷💕☀️ ###
