Employers: Post Your Vacancy
Post your job description on Fill A Job and set the placement fee, which is a 14% of the salary. The placement fee is the amount you will pay the recruitment agency who finds you the right candidate to fill the job. Please include all details on the posted permanent vacancy.
2. Employers: Engage Recruiters
Recruiters will search for job descriptions on the marketplace
, matching their expertise. They will then submit a proposal to recruit for that vacancy. You can review a recruiter’s proposal, feedback from HR professionals and performance statistics to determine whether or not you think the recruiter is a best fit for you. Up to this point, all vacancies are anonymous to the recruiters, meaning that you are protected from recruitment agency cold calls. Recruiters will only be given your contact details, when you select candidates for interview. You can view the recruiters that we work with in our online Directory.
3. Recruiters: Submit Candidates
Once the recruiter has been approved, the recruiter can freely submit qualified candidates to be considered for the position. Employers assess qualified candidates online, moving them through the hiring element (from interview to offer) of the recruitment process and track their progress.
4. Employers: Review CVs
At this stage, employers are able to review CVs and interview candidates. Recruiters can directly communicate with employers through the Fill A Job messaging system or by phone, to help them find their perfect candidate.
5. Employer: Hire Best Fit Candidate
We’re confident that you will find your perfect candidate with ease, as our process focuses on matching great people with great employers. When the candidate starts with you, Fill A Job will invoice you on their start date with the fee stated at the first stage of the process. You will pay only one party: Fill A Job. Then, we award 75% – 85% of the fee to the successful recruitment agency. We will refund the full fee to you if the candidate does not work out in the first 60 days.
