Today is ! Cyber crimes are becoming increasingly sophisticated and creating continued pressure on businesses too! 💻

Today we are sharing key findings highlighted by INTERPOL
assessment below of the cybercrime landscape in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Despite the increasing cyber threat, it is surprising how many businesses fail to act, even though the consequences of inaction could be serious both financially and reputationally. Add to this the increasingly low tolerance of regulators to preventable breaches and you could be facing a hefty double-whammy, even before the personal stress and distraction of handling an attack comes into play.

At 11 am today the nation will pause for , marking the 103rd anniversary of the Armistice that ended the First World War on 11 November 1918. 🎖

Stress can be defined as any type of change that causes physical, emotional, or psychological strain. Many of us suffer at some time and it can feel overwhelming, damaging to our health and well-being.

The past year and a half have seen many changes to the way that we work. The emotional impact on our is much less obvious when feelings of uncertainty, vulnerability or isolation can all take their toll leading to stress.🤯

For example, at some point in the last year, 75% of us have felt so stressed that we have felt unable to cope according to Mental Health Foundation.

A small amount of stress can be useful. It can motivate us to take action and get tasks completed. It can also make us feel energised and excited. But too much stress can cause negative effects such as a change in your mood, your body and relationship issues. 🙏🏼

Knowing what your stress signature is, will help you to know when you need to put some mental well-being strategies in place to support you whilst you are undergoing the stressful events.
