When Gareth Martin and I met at Upton-by-Chester High School, we never imagined we’d one day lead a business together. After careers across the UK and internationally, we’re excited to lead Agile Group into its next chapter.

Founded in Chester by Peter Stevens in 1999, Award winning, Agile Group empowers leaders, elevates performance and accelerates organisational growth. We help businesses unlock potential, drive meaningful change and turn strategic ambition into measurable results.

While our work continues internationally, we also want to bring renewed attention and opportunity to the community where we grew up.

With 18+ years’ experience supporting people, leaders and organisations, Claire is an Executive Coach, Leadership & People Development Specialist and People & Culture Consultant, with a real passion for wellbeing, confidence and sustainable performance.

We’re delighted to welcome Lisa Alford to the Agile Group team as our newest Associate Trainer.

Lisa brings more than 25 years of experience in Learning & Development and HR, alongside her work as a Leadership Coach, People Development Specialist and End-Point Assessor.

💕But Lisa also brings a vital focus that we’re proud to highlight women’s health in the workplace.

She’s passionate about raising awareness around menopause, perimenopause and hormone health, and helping organisations create better understanding, support and conversations around women’s health at work.

As the conversation around women’s health continues to grow, Lisa brings valuable expertise in helping organisations recognise the impact these issues can have on women and create workplaces where people feel supported to thrive.

And there’s something rather special about Lisa joining our team…
