How Do You Actually Get Paid?

Here’s the explanation from one of our Coaches

“Our role is essentially to connect the right person with the right company and opportunity through our content and conversations. We attract people who are curious and want to learn more. We get to understand what our audience are looking for, answers their initial questions, and if we feel that the business could be a good fit for them we then connect or match them with the company, from there the company would handles the actual transaction and sale. The qualifying sales happens through that process,(that’s why we have the automation system) we earn compensation according to the company’s compensation plan.
That’s why attraction marketing is so important to what we do. We are not trying to convince everyone!
Creat content, start conversations, understanding people’s goal and helping the right people find the opportunity. We get paid when we successfully connect the right person with a company and qualifying sale happens, that’s the business model in a nutshell”

Life gets busy. We live under the same roof, share the same table during meals, and sleep in the same bed, yet we don’t always get to make enough time just for ourselves. Work schedules and everyday life can get hectic, but whenever we do find that time, we make sure to make the most of it—creating beautiful memories together in amazing places.
