I came across these gems yesterday!

I remember having many worried nights leading up to the install of this one, of just how the hell were going to get this very thin & very long concrete bath surround up 4 flights of very windy stairs!

Armed with one dad for help who doesn't look too happy in what he'd let him self in for & a wooden frame I built to support it, we made it up & in.

The project was for & consisted of a bespoke concrete bath worktop in our Pacific colour with a matching made to measure ledge.

Concrete marbling experiment number 1,000,000 (or at least it feels that way).

Unfortunately, the technique I've perfected for marbling our Whirligig basins doesn't translate well to more intricate sink designs, so I'm back to the drawing board.

Nearly happy with the results.

Recycled aggregate experiments, using a blend of terracotta and red concrete aggregate sourced from a friend's garden center nearby. They have a surplus of broken pots and ornaments that would otherwise go to waste.

Close up of the recent concrete tiles I cast as samples for a client. As requested I mixed the concrete colours together to give these striking marble patterns.

I'm really pleased with how they turned out and might consider including them in my catalogue. The great thing is that these patterns can be made in any color, which opens up a lot of creative possibilities.

Lucy, our dog, is embarking on her modeling journey, and we’ve also crafted some unique bespoke concrete tiles.

We created 2 sizes of floor tile samples, one measuring 1 square meter and the other 500 millimeters square, to help the client determine their preferred size. Each tile features a bold marble pattern mixed with a variety of colours for them to explore.
