We’ve just supplied 𝟮𝟰 of our new 𝗦𝗜𝗠𝗙𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲 adaptors (560mm x DN500 SDR17) for a major network project. By enabling the customer to downsize from a DN600 to a DN500 gate valve while maintaining full pipe bore, we helped them 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 off their total project spend.

Our PE100 double flanged spooled pipe is a robust solution for temporary pumped pipelines 💪

With recent issues facing water companies around the processing of sewerage or raw water. There is a rising demand for moving large bodies of water to alternative locations or temporary storage prior to treatment.

We supply double flanged spools as an alternative to reinforced rubber hoses, when pumping slurry or large bodies of water with abrasive inclusions, standard rubber can perish due to wall erosion over time. HDPE has a higher resistance to erosion by comparison ✅

Available sizes from 90mm - 630mm 10bar and 16 bar rated.

🔥 SIMONA PE-AR GAS PROTECTION SHEETS 💛

SIMONA AG gas protection sheets are designed and tested to be the perfect solution for pipe strike avoidance technology 🔥

The yellow anti-slip plates are marked with LP / MP / HP gas warning tape ensuring easy identification of the buried assets during excavation.

Manufactured from robust 15mm thick PE-HD materials, these protection plates are designed to withstand the full impact exerted by excavation machinery from a tested impact height of 1m 💪

With proven usage across the Gas Network throughout the UK, where suitability programmes have be rolled out and all shallow buried gas lines and/or gas networks servicing critical buildings such as hospitals and emergency service buildings will utilise these plates ensuring zero disruption to supply by preventing asset damage during further construction in the future.

💡 POWER NETWORKS ⚡

Trials are being run across power distribution network operators for the same benefit, the product will outperform the minimum test requirements of ENA TS 12-23 to ensure maximum protection and futureproofing of networks for centuries to come.

Identifiable by it's red colour, all power protection plates are perforated with drainage holes to allow for the natural drainage of ground water without impacting surface water absorption values.
