Valve & Process Solutions specialise in the specification and supply of flow control equipment such as valves, actuators, switchboxes, positioners, solenoids and ancillary equipment to process industries worldwide. We’ve recently had two automated valves through the workshop, both fitted with a Keystone EPI-2 electric actuator, but being used in two very different applications.

First, we have a 25mm HEROSE Series V111PN two-piece ball valve fitted with an EPI-2 actuator for use in a water pipeline, providing a practical solution for controlling and isolating water flow.

Secondly, a 50mm Emerson Keystone GR Series butterfly valve fitted with an EPI-2 actuator, specified for a vessel purge line within an oil and gas application associated with the shipping industry.

Both assemblies were supplied fully assembled and tested in-house at our Valve Automation Centre, ready for their respective applications.
