So we have managed to reach the end of another "silly season" as its called within the industry. Our vehicles have travelled the length and breadth of the UK and Europe, aswell as our local services around Newark, ensuring all of our clients have reached their destination safely. We would publicly like to thank all the staff that have got us through again. Drivers, that have been to places they hadn't thought they would be visiting a few months ago, putting up with some agencies that do their best to disrupt travel plans and some horrendous road conditions They have stepped up and pushed boundaries and achieved, sometimes at short notice due to differing circumstances. Workshop staff that have kept wheels turning with very little downtime and some long days. Office staff dealing with enquiries and planning drivers rotas. Another example of teamwork making the sometimes unthinkable, possible. Also a thank you to all of our customers for travelling with us. Also can we thank the Marshall family for having the confidence to continue to invest in the company so we can continue to perform above and beyond. We look forward to seeing you travel with us again. Now, a few quiet days and we can start planning for 2024.

We would like to thank for their support.
Their sub contract driver hit my discovery last Wednesday and chose not to mention it or report it. Turns out DPD had an untaxed driver out and about and have relinquished all responsibility..they have stated they have done their own checks . Now its been reported to the Police and I have had to go through my insurance to try to get my vehicle repaired, and have to pay £500 excess as the van is un taxed. I have been told it is unlikely that I will see my money back.
DPD have behaved appallingly during the last 7 days and clearly more interested in covering up their own inadequacies than reaching out to solve the victims problem in a professional way.
