Sometimes a simple...

A conversation this week got me thinking...

Someone I work with mentioned just how invested I become in the businesses I support.
And they're right.
I don't think of myself as someone who just gets given a task, does it and moves on.
I get to know the business.
I get to know the customers.
I notice when something doesn't look quite right.
I celebrate the wins and, yes, I probably get a little too invested sometimes! 😂
But that's just how I work.
When I'm supporting a business, I treat it with the same care and attention as I would my own.

I might not be in your business every day, but when I'm working with you, I very much feel part of the team.

And actually, that's one of the things I love most about what I do. 😊

If someone tells you something important...
Write it down.
Whether it's a customer's preference, a follow-up date or an idea you've just had, don't rely on your memory.
Notebook, phone, laptop, CRM... whatever works for you.

October... already?! 😳🍂

It feels slightly ridiculous talking about October when we're still in August, but here we are!

I've started booking work into October, which got me thinking about just how quickly the last few months of the year seem to disappear.

Before we know it, it'll be half term, darker evenings and dare I say it... Christmas! 🙈

So, if you already know you've got projects coming up, a busy period ahead or you're simply going to need a bit of extra support, it might be worth thinking about it sooner rather than later.

My October diary is now open and I'm looking forward to seeing what the next few months bring.

Although I'm definitely not ready to put the summer clothes away just yet! 😂
