We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Dean Routledge for his professionalism and commitment in taking over the equine dental practice.

Dean will now be attending all existing diary commitments, so if you were booked in by Fran, rest assured Dean will be there. With his extensive knowledge and genuine care, we're confident you and your horses will be in excellent hands.

Dean has been treating horses for the Equine Dental Practice since June and the feedback has been nothing but positive — thank you to those who have shared their kind words and support.

We’ve now settled into our new life here in Wales, and want to thank each and every one of you for your trust and encouragement over the past year…and for continuing that support with Dean moving forward.

Welcome to the team!
Introducing Dean Routledge CEqD

I'm pleased to introduce Dean Routledge CEqD, who will be joining the practice this June. I will continue working alongside him until my upcoming move.

Dean will be transitioning into the role full-time and taking over the practice. He shares the same calm, methodical approach to equine dentistry as I do, and I’m confident you’ll be in excellent hands.

Dean is a fully qualified WWAED Category 2 dentist with a lifelong passion for horses. This passion led him to Idaho, USA, where he trained at the Academy of Equine Dentistry. He later returned to the UK to further refine his skills with the WWAED. Dedicated to staying at the forefront of equine dental care, Dean regularly returns to the Academy in the U.S. to remain up to date with the latest techniques in Equine Dental Therapy (EDT).

The office will be closed for a few days, Wednesday 1st to Sunday 5th November. Business as usual starts again on Monday 6 November.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are seeking urgent care for your horse we suggest you call your vet during this closure.

*Price Increase*

Unfortunately due to rising costs I am having to increase the price of a routine treatment. As of 31/07/23 the cost will be £60 per horse.

I am sorry for this disappointing news but we have not had a price increase since 2018. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if needed.
