BIG storage. BIG project. And a job that just kept growing! 🔒🟢

One of our biggest projects of the summer saw us help secure Storagely Ltd’s new flagship site in Langley Mill, bringing perimeter security and controlled access together.

Here’s what went into it 👇

✅ 1 automated sliding gate
✅ 2 palisade vehicle gates
✅ 1 pedestrian gate with 358 security mesh
✅ Almost 200 metres of palisade fencing
✅ Paxton access control with our traffic-yellow pedestal
✅ Bolt-down protection bollard
✅ All groundworks completed by our in-house civils team

For our customer, that means a secure boundary, convenient access and one company handling everything from the foundations to the automation.

As the project grew, so did the scope of work entrusted to us—and we’ll soon be back to install another barrier gate at a separate entrance.

With integrated video entry, our client can see who’s arrived and authorise access without going out to open the gate.

Now that’s Little Wood End Farm all wrapped up—and what an entrance this has become.

We install plenty of gates in black and anthracite grey, but these pebble-grey double entrance gates are something a little different. Paired with this beautiful Lancashire home, they add a real touch of class and completely elevate the property’s entrance.

The customer’s brief was simple: gates that complemented their home and wouldn’t cause them problems.

We listened, talked them through the options and delivered exactly what we promised—but their feedback said it best:

“You’ve delivered everything you promised. It’s exactly what it said on the tin.”

Over the past few school holidays, while most lads his age were out enjoying time with their friends, Thomas chose to come to work and save towards a new bike.

He turned up every day, worked hard and showed an exceptional attitude and work ethic—although, judging by some of these photos, he may have taken full advantage of the van’s employee rest facilities! 😂

Thomas’s dad, who also works for Automation Guaranteed, was understandably a little hesitant about working alongside his son. However, within just a few days, Thomas had proved him wrong and shown what a genuine asset he could be to the team…when he was awake!

Today, Thomas turns 16. Although he still has his final year of school and his exams ahead of him, we wanted to recognise the effort and commitment he has already shown.

That’s why we’ve presented Thomas with a promise of an apprenticeship at Automation Guaranteed, ready for when he finishes school.

Another fantastic collaboration to round off the week with our friends at North West Security—this time at another COMAH site.

We installed a new high-security automatic barrier, complete with dual-height access pedestals and a protective bollard, while also replacing the existing weighbridge entry barrier with a smart new upgrade.

These aren’t your average barriers. They feature:

🟢🔴 Built-in RGB arm lighting—green for go, red for stop

* Fully folding top and bottom skirts for enhanced security
* Non-contact safety radar to protect pedestrians and vehicles throughout both opening and closing cycles

At a busy dealership, vehicles are constantly moving through the MOT and wheel-alignment bays. Every minute spent waiting for a roller shutter slows down productivity—and every second it remains open allows valuable heat to escape.

We supplied and installed two insulated, high-speed aluminium roller shutters, complete with intelligent radar detectors. The doors automatically open as vehicles approach and close once they’ve safely passed through.

For this beautiful country home in Derbyshire, we designed a bespoke aluminium cantilever sliding gate in a stunning Royal Oak woodgrain finish, paired with a matching pedestrian gate to create one seamless entrance.

Rather than chasing trends, we chose a design that suited the character of the property. Because the best entrances don’t stand out for the wrong reasons—they simply look like they were always meant to be there.

To keep the finish as clean as possible, we used a Roger Technology in-post operator, hiding the automation away while delivering the smooth, quiet reliability Roger is renowned for.

The pedestrian gate is secured with a premium electric lock, soft-closing hinge and matching AES keypad, while the AES GSM intercom gives the homeowner complete control from anywhere using their smartphone.
