Mission

Based in the North West, UltraSec Security have been supporting and protecting businesses, events and the general public since incorporation in 2015. Our approachable and experienced team are all SIA licensed security staff; They’re supported and led by a knowledgeable and professional management team. As a company, we have four pillars that act and serve as the core values and ethos – Efficiency, Organisation, Trustworthiness and Welfare.

Vision

As a business, we focus on the client’s requirements and tailor our approach to you. Selecting the right strategy is crucial to ensuring we address your threats, risks and challenges correctly. We’re committed to supplying fully-trained staff who’s abilities and personalities match with the assignments that you’re asking us to carry out. Giving our customers the best service possible is our ultimate goal. Our team are skilled in risk management and will deliver the most pro-active and flexible security available in the industry. We produce post-assignment reports, attend monthly management meetings and liaise with the police is necessary, all to capture a true representation of our customer’s needs.

Values

We’re extremely proud of our memberships and partners. Our management team are members of the ISRM (Institute of Strategic Risk Management), The Security Institute and are IOSH (Institute of occupational safety and health) and/or NEBOSH (National Board for Occupational Safety and Health) trained. Our management team also take CPD (Continued Professional Development) very seriously, embarking on a number of courses with industry professionals including Prof. Dr. Keith Still of MMU (Manchester Metropolitan University). Our staff are from a broad and diverse range of backgrounds and it’s important for us to be an equal opportunities and Living Wage employer. We ensure staff are always supported, protected and encouraged to reach their potential through training and mentorship both in house and using external training partners. We take the welfare of our staff incredibly seriously and look after the welfare of our staff whilst on deployment, making sure they are fully fed and watered throughout their deployment.
