🔥 Another fantastic morning at BNI! 🔥

The room was full of energy, connections and opportunities this morning, and it’s exactly what makes our chapter so special! 🙌

👏 We officially swore in Michael Ar**la who has joined our chapter, and is already strengthening our network even further.

📚 We had another fabulous educational slot from our Education Coordinator Martin Newton, exploring how small 1% improvements can lead to 100% success as a team. A great reminder that when we all commit to getting a little better, the results can be huge!

🏠 Our Roofing member Peter Lightfoot delivered a brilliant 10-minute feature presentation, giving us a deeper insight into Burnley roofing Contractors and his hand in hand other business and how we can identify opportunities to support and refer him.

🤝 We also welcomed over 5 visitors into the room, with multiple applications in progress! It’s fantastic to see so much interest in what we’re building.

Every week is another opportunity to learn, grow, build relationships and help each other succeed.

Because when we work together, we grow together. 💙

Another brilliant Meeting at BNI Endeavour this morning 🤝

There was plenty happening in the room today

🎉 We officially swore in 2 new members Tanya Harris and Sam Abdoollah who in such a short time have already added value to the room which is just fantastic to see.

🎓 We had a brilliant education slot delivered by Martin Newton who is one of Endeavours longest standing members, giving us all something valuable to take away in the sense without everyone playing their part the group couldn’t run as well as it does.

🗺️ Our new leadership team Leaon Leech and Mick Corrigan presented their roadmap for the next 12 months, sharing their vision and plans for the chapter moving forward.

👋 And we welcomed 7 visitors into the room!

It’s great to see new faces coming along, members sharing their knowledge and our leadership team setting the direction for the year ahead.

A strong chapter doesn’t happen by chance. It takes commitment, collaboration and members who are willing to show up, get involved and help each other succeed.

New leadership. Same chapter. One team. 🤝

Today marked the first meeting with our new BNI leadership team officially at the helm and the reins have officially been handed over! 🎉

The leadership team now have the next 12 months to lead, support and help drive the group forward, and the group are really excited to see what we can achieve together.

BNI isn’t just about turning up every week and passing referrals. It’s about building relationships, supporting each other, creating opportunities and growing together.

A huge thank you to the previous leadership team for everything they’ve done, and congratulations to the new team your year starts now! 👏

Yesterday’s meeting was another great one! 🤝

We welcomed 7 visitors into the room, creating plenty of new connections, conversations and opportunities. Visitors are the most vital part of any BNI meeting, they bring a fresh perspective to the room and also bring a whole new network behind them.

There were also multiple referrals passed between members, showing the value of building trusted relationships and supporting one another’s businesses.

A big thank you to everyone who attended, contributed and helped make the meeting such a positive and productive one.

This week’s BNI meeting was a powerful reminder of the value in really understanding one another’s businesses.

💭We focused on what others should be listening out for when thinking of you. Those key trigger points, conversations, and opportunities that make it easier to pass quality referrals. Because when your network truly “gets” what you do, the right introductions happen naturally.

🥳 We also took a moment to celebrate one of our own Matt Bessent who took on the London Marathon on Sunday in support of Rosemere Cancer Foundation a charity which is close to our room.
An incredible commitment, and a brilliant example of the passion and purpose that sits within our network.

Business, support, and community all in one room, exactly what BNI Endevour is about.

Great 10-minute feature presentation this week from Jacob Knowles from Empine Group Ltd 👏

What stood out wasn’t just what they do, but how they do it.

🤖In a world that’s becoming increasingly automated and AI-driven, they’ve doubled down on something many businesses overlook, personalisation that actually feels personal.

Not just print for the sake of it, but tailored, thoughtful marketing that connects with the person receiving it. The kind that makes you stop, look twice, and actually engage.

It’s a good reminder that while technology keeps evolving, the human touch still cuts through the noise.

Really interesting insight into how print is far from dead, it’s just being done better.

Yesterday morning at BNI, we had a brilliant 10-minute feature presentation from our website and branding expert Adam Fletcher from Pixelmate 👏

One thing that really landed with the room… your logo and website are working for you even when you’re not in the room.

Adam talked about recreating and modernising older logos, and how many businesses outgrow their branding without even realising it. But it’s not just the logo, your website plays just as big a role. It’s often the first place people go to check you out, and within seconds they’ve already formed an opinion.

If your branding feels outdated or your website isn’t reflecting the level your business is operating at now, you could be losing opportunities without even knowing it.

It’s a powerful reminder that:
👉 Your logo builds recognition
👉 Your website builds trust
👉 And together, they tell your story when you’re not there to tell it yourself
