27% of female founders are currently experiencing burnout.
Iāll be honest with you⦠Iāve experienced this too.
Falling asleep on the sofa at 9pm. Waking up already thinking about everything that needs doing. Managing the team, the clients, the finances, the visibility, the strategy, the endless list of things that only you can handle. Looking completely fine from the outside. Feeling completely depleted on the inside.
And the worst part is that most of us have normalised it. We have decided that this is just what building a business feels like and that the exhaustion is the price of the ambition.
It is not.
Hereās what Iāve learned after years of working with female founders at this level. Burnout at this stage is almost never about working too hard. It is about working in a structure that was never designed to be sustainable⦠A business that runs entirely on you, where your energy, your presence, your availability is the engine behind everything.
So when that engine is running at full capacity all the time eventually something gives.
The shift Iām about to share with you is going from a business that depends on you being everywhere to one that has its own momentum, its own systems, its own way of operating that doesnāt require you to personally hold every single thing together.
That transition (from Founder-Led Growth to Ecosystem-Led Growth) is exactly what I spend my time helping women build.
And it starts with one decision - that the way things are right now is not the way things have to stay.
If any of this is resonating ā please follow along. Iām going to be showing you exactly how this works including the practical, honest, no-fluff version of what it actually takes to build a business that grows without burning you out in the process.
It is possible - I promise you it is possible š
