Apologies for any problems you may have had over the last 36-48 hours in accessing DiaryBooker.com

Please be aware that it is only our main website "www.DiaryBooker.com" that has been affected. None of your DiaryBooker database information has been affected in anyway. You CAN still access your DiaryBooker system as normal just via a different web address. This way to access the system has always been available, but it is just automatically redirected for you normally.

You can access the DiaryBooker login page via:

https://app.DiaryBooker.com/login.html

This should be a temporary problem and we hope to have it fixed by Monday, but the above link will always work if you ever need it again for any reason.

We currently have a problem with our main website www.DiaryBooker.Com

However if you are a customer trying to login, you should get an email shortly, but the following link will allow you to login to the main application, which is held on Google servers and is unaffected by this problem:

SYSTEM CURRENTLY DOWN

We have been made aware that there is currently an issue with the DiaryBooker system. We have been advised that there is an issue at Googles end and they are working to resolve this.

They have advised that the issue should be rectified by Friday morning.

We had a question from one of our customers (Dirties in Hertford) who wanted to know how to sent texts to all their customers (or possibly a selection of them) so we recorded a demo of how to do just that! :D

Remember to make sure you have enough text credits to send all the messages though ;)

If you have ever called diarybooker on 01242 63 90 62, then you may be surprised to hear that is actually Verbatim who answer our phones! They will forward the call to us, or take a message as necessary. If it's a support call they will also forward an email to [email protected] on your behalf, which will open up a support ticket for you!

However, when someone phones up to ask a bit DiaryBooker or a new customers starts their 14 day free trial, it's amazing how many times, when we try to call them, we get an anonymous answer machine or worse yet no answer at all. We always wish that these customers would consider a system like Verbatim, so that we can get hold of them!
