For me, that table sits in the heart of the Cotswolds, surrounded by rolling countryside, rich traditions, incredible food, and the kind of conversations that linger long after the evening ends.
Today, I am proud to introduce Cotswolds Rare & Rooted — a private dining and entertainment experience born from a love of bringing people together. What began as a dream The Countryman Chef gave me the inspiration and passion for exceptional hospitality, local produce, and unforgettable moments, has grown into something truly special.
I believe that the most meaningful memories are created when people gather, share stories, enjoy remarkable food, and experience something a little different. That belief is at the heart of everything I do.
And this is only the beginning.
I have exciting plans ahead, with unique events, collaborations, and extraordinary experiences already taking shape behind the scenes. We cannot wait to share them with you in the months to come.
Most importantly, I am delighted to announce that Cotswolds Rare & Rooted is now operational and taking bookings from 1st July.
